Early Morning Fire in Fairhaven Destroys Livesey Memorial Club
Fairhaven Fire-EMS says several 9-1-1 calls came in at 3:54 a.m. from neighbors who reported seeing flames at the back of the Livesey Memorial Club on Sunday morning.

Firefighter Faces Charges
Police are seeking six counts of embezzlement against a Mattapoisett Fire Department lieutenant who's suspected of stealing $1,345 from the firefighters association.
