Gostkowski was a perfect 7-7 on the day, including going 4-4 on field goals.

In addition to his personal and franchise-best, 62-yard boot, the veteran kicker nailed kicks of 51, 40 and 29 yards respectively.

The nomination marks the fourth time Gostkowski has been given the honor.
