State Department: Iran Nuclear Talks Could Go Beyond June
The State Department says it's possible a nuclear agreement with Iran will not be reached by the end of June.
When asked during a daily briefing if that possibility existed, Department spokeswoman Marie Harf replied, "of course there is." Harf added there's a lot of work that still needs to be done and "the details really matter here."
A framework for a nuclear deal between Iran, the U.S. and five world powers was reached last week in Switzerland.
Harf said the U.S. is very committed to getting a final deal done but their bottom lines in the process have to be met. (Metro Networks Inc.)
