SouthCoast’s First Real Snowfall of 2020 Expected Tonight
The SouthCoast could be waking up to its first real snowfall of 2020 on Wednesday morning.
There is a Winter Weather Advisory in place tonight along the immediate SouthCoast. ABC6 chief meteorologist Jeff Desnoyers says the snow will begin to fall after midnight and accumulate to about two or three inches before ending by around 5 a.m.
However, Desnoyers does expect the snow to have an impact on the morning commute.
He says we can also expect a spot rain or snow shower during the afternoon on Wednesday but that it will be mainly dry with a high near 40 degrees.
Throughout the winter season, you can visit the WBSM Weather Center for any potential closings, cancellations or delays.
