The SouthCoast has two more lottery winners.

The Massachusetts State Lottery says that Acushnet resident Gilbert Boucher won the $1 million grand prize in the “$1,000,000 Cashword” instant game.

Boucher opted to receive a one-time cash payment of $650,000, less taxes.

Bonville's Market, at 142 South Main St. in Acushnet, will receive a $10,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket.

Boucher, who's an avid golfer, says he will use a portion of his winnings to secure a patent for a piece of golf equipment he invented.

Wareham resident Adam Barber was the first $4 million prize winner in the latest edition “100X The Cash” instant game that went on sale March 3.

Barber says he was originally going to buy a “$1,000,000 Cashword” ticket, but at the last minute decided to get a “100X The Cash”ticket instead.

He chose to receive a one-time cash payment of $2,600,000, less taxes and says he will use his winnings to buy a new car and a home for his family.

Gateway Gas, at 2537 Cranberry Highway in Wareham, will receive a $40,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket.

Lottery officials say nine $1 million prizes remaining in the “$1,000,000 Cashword” $10 instant game and four additional $4 million prizes and eleven $1 million prizes are still available in the new “100X The Cash” $10 instant game.
