South End Store Robbed With Stun Gun
New Bedford Police are investigating another store robbery where a stun gun was used.
Detective Captain Steven Vicente says the robbery occured at around 10:30 p.m. Monday when a suspect entered the Prime Energy, a gasoline/convenience store, located at 30 Rockdale Ave.
Upon entering the South End business the suspect “sparked” the stun gun then fled the business after stealing cash and cigarettes.
The suspect is described as a short black male in his 20’s, with a light to medium build wearing black pants, black boots, and a grey hooded sweatshirt and mask covering his face.
