Shots Fired in New Bedford’s West End
NEW BEDFORD — New Bedford Police received a report of shots fired in the city's West End late Tuesday night.
According to NBPD logs, police responded to the report at approximately 11:22 p.m. Tuesday night, in the 200-block of Cedar Street.
A police spokeswoman said the city's Shot Spotter gunshot detection system was activated, but no damage or shell casings were found at the scene.
