Rhode Island’s Chad Verdi Releases Eerie ‘Sleepwalker’ Trailer

Rhode Island filmmaker Chad Verdi has a busy 2026 ahead. His production company Verdi Productions has been hard at work collaborating with big names both on and off-camera.

A new trailer for his upcoming thriller Sleepwalker has just been released, leaving audiences spooked and eager for more.

The film stars Hayden Panettiere, Beverly D'Angelo, Mischa Barton and more. The movie was shot in East Greenwich, Rhode Island.

What's the Plot of Sleepwalker?

Sleepwalker tells the story of a mom (Panettiere) who is haunted by the loss of her daughter after a tragic car accident. "As she battles a surreal descent into darkness, her sleepwalking episodes intensify. Plagued by haunting visions of her husband inside their home, she grapples with the blurred lines between reality and nightmare," according to a synopsis.

It's one of the 50-plus movies that Chad Verdi has produced over the last 15 years, making for one very busy schedule.

He's worked with some of the best of best including Robert De Niro, Al Pacino, Joe Pesci, Bruce Willis, Kevin Bacon and Gwyneth Paltrow, just to name a few.
