The results are in: two incumbents have been re-elected in Fairhaven.

Selectman Charles Murphy recieved 70 percent of votes to defeat BPW member Steven Riley. The unofficial tally has Murphy with 1,391 votes and Riley with 607 votes.

Murphy believes residents are confident in his leadership.

In the race for a seat on the Board of Health, pro-wind incumbent Jeannine Lopes defeated Windwise member Louise Barteau by over 500 votes. The unofficial tally in this race has Lopes with 1,287 votes and Barteau with 740.

Winners will be sworn in at Town Hall Tuesday.
