Quahog Republic’s ‘Where’s Neal & Doug’? Second Location Clue 2

Quahog Republic in Onset is  the place to ‘Live, Give and Relax’ is offering up a $50.00 gift card if you can figure out where ‘Doug’ the Quahog Republic’s mascot is with Neal.  Neal is taking Doug around the area and New England snapping photos and giving hints as to where they are.  This time Doug and I headed out to a location that had to have the smallest beach we've ever been to.  The next hint, "there is plenty of parking".  If you think you know the answer you could win the $50.00 gift card, another hint tomorrow!  Good Luck!
