The 2008-2009 transition is regarded as an ideal template for how to plan future power changes, whether a same-party handoff or a change in party transfer of power. This is the reality of a post-September 11th world combined with technological advances that make it easier to coordinate efforts. There are practices and lessons from the Bush-to-Obama transfer of power that future transitions should consider adopting - Martha Kumar on The Business of Government Hour

So, despite President Obama having been the recipient of the most gracious and thoughtful transition of power in American history, he has decided to be petty, nasty and deliberately damaging to the early days of the upcoming Trump Presidency.

In surreal fashion, Obama has stepped up aggression against the formidable threat of Russia, expelling diplomats and earlier today, surging US forces along the Russian border. All based on accusations with 'proof' remaining to be seen, that Russia hacked into the Democratic National Convention computers, ultimately affecting the 2016 presidential elections.

His abandonment of the long standing American foreign policy to defend Israel just before Christmas and Hanukkah left most national pundits and many abroad flabbergasted that he would direct the nation like this with under a month to go in his administration.

Doing my best to disregard the many inflammatory President O statements and roadblocks.Thought it was going to be a smooth transition - NOT!

For a president who seems hell-bent to allow millions of unknown foreign nationals illegally residing in America, to have voting rights and completely radicalize the nature of the voting base, this seems bias and hollow that he objects to some alleged meddling of a foreign state that harmed his party's chances to keep the White House through Hillary Clinton.

In the end, I am left with the same impression of Barack Obama as when he came into the presidential race in 2007. He is an angry, far-left radical and a strong ideologue hiding behind a convincing, capable persona and charming smile.

Some of my more cynical advisors are predicting a pardon of cop killer Mumia Abu Jamal, just to stick it to police one more time.

With less than 400 hours left under the Obama rule, we'll have to see what gems he comes up with next. Stay tuned...
