If you want to party with your dog this summer, Boston now has its first off-leash dog park and full-service bar open in the Fenway neighborhood.

The popular Park-9 dog park/bar facility in Everett has expanded with a second pop-up location on Boylston Street this summer and Boston's dog owners seem thrilled.

Part of The Station, an outdoor gathering place that offers a variety of food, drink, shopping and live entertainment, the Park-9 pop-up is a limited-time attraction.

If spending more time with your furry best friend is a summer must, then this bar should be on your seasonal bucket list.

The expansion is great news for Park-9 owners. Last April, they opened their first location in Everett to create a “unique and inclusive gathering space” for dogs and humans.

Now they're running Boston's only off-leash dog park and bar every Wednesday through Friday from 4 to 9 p.m., and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Park-9 at The Station is the perfect place for pet owners to meet up with friends for a drink or get dinner outdoors without leaving their four-legged friend at home.

The spot features a fenced-in area laid out with grass for the dogs to run around, picnic tables with umbrellas for owners to watch pets play from and a full-service bar where you can order from inside and outside the dog enclosure.

The best part is, you don't even need a dog to go.

Dog owners and dog lovers can get a drink and an animal fix all summer long from this sweet, new spot.

If SouthCoast Dogs Had a Dating App, It Would Look Something Like This

August 26 is International Dog Day, and it got me thinking. What if there was a way for dogs to connect with other dogs in the area to make new friends? Or maybe even find love? Twenty-six dogs living on the SouthCoast sent me their profile picture and bio. Let's see the eligible pups.
