New Bedford Police say the man who claimed to be a Comcast employee in order to steal valuables has been arrested at a Dartmouth motel.

Twenty-six year old Corey Reul of New Bedford has been charged with larceny and larceny under false pretenses.

According to Captain Steven Vicente, the suspect stole jewelry from a house on Winsor street last month while working as a sub-contractor for Comcast.  Police say he also stole a wallet on June 1st from a home on Caswell street, while posing as a cable repairman.

Reul was arrested Tuesday morning without incident and will be arraigned in New Bedford District Court.
