Person Hospitalized After Second New Bedford Shooting This Week
NEW BEDFORD — A person has been hospitalized after another shooting in New Bedford on Friday evening, and police are on the lookout for two suspects, according to scanner chatter.
Police said that officers are currently investigating the shooting, which took place on Austin Street near State Street, and asked residents to avoid the area.
One victim has been taken to St. Luke's hospital for treatment as a result of the shooting.
Their current condition is unclear.
