The New England Patriots face off against the AFC East champion Buffalo Bills Saturday night in an AFC Wild Card Game. The two teams split the regular-season meetings and the division title came down to Week 18, so this should be a close game that comes down to a few factors.

Some of those factors have also led the ticket prices to be some of the lowest for a game involving the Patriots in decades.

Bitter Cold

Temperatures are expected to be in the single digits Saturday night at kickoff time in Buffalo. How will this affect the game? For starters, it might affect attendance. Tickets are on sale at dirt cheap prices, especially considering that this is a playoff game. Take a look at this seating chart. You can get in the building for $39?!?!? That's cheaper than parking at Gillette for a playoff game.

Granted, you'd have to drive out to Buffalo and buy ski pants and a jacket that would be warm enough for the -15 degree wind chills that could be ripping through Orchard Park, but hey, we're talking about the playoffs here.

However, if we're looking at this realistically, there's the real possibility that you'll be sitting in an ice box in Buffalo watching the Patriots lose.

"The ground is going to be hard," said ABC6 Sports Director Nick Coit. "For these guys getting tackled, it's going to be really tough," he said, which is why Bill Belichick had the team practice on the turf game field this week.

Run Game

Coit said to expect a healthy dose of the Patriots favorite 1-2 punch: Rhamondre Stevenson and Damien Harris. They were without Stevenson for their loss to the Bills a few weeks ago. However, he does expect Mac Jones to also throw the ball, unlike the last time the Patriots visited Buffalo.

Mac Jones' Confidence

Jones had an emotional postgame conference after Sunday's loss in Miami. Does Coit think he is mentally ready for tomorrow night?

"I think Mac is locked in," he said. "He knows the last month of the season, he's kind of hit a wall with some better competition, but he and the offense both know that once the game kicks off they have to be locked in so they don't fall behind in this game, which has been their biggest problem."

Besides, Coit pointed out that this is not his first appearance in a huge game. Jones has played in the National Championship during his time at Alabama.

The Prediction

Nick Coit is predicting a Patriots win on Wild Card Weekend. He said the Pats will win by a field goal in Buffalo.
