Parade Marks Final Hours of the 101st Feast of the Blessed Sacrament
Hundreds of people lined Acushnet Avenue Sunday afternoon to watch the annual parade of the Feast of the Blessed Sacrament.
The parade and closing ceremonies signal an end to the 101st Feast once the crowd clears out Sunday evening.
The parade included Clydesdales, clowns, Aleppo Shriners, emergency vehicles, marching bands, local veterans groups, and much more.
The parade route ended at the feast grounds, where crowds made the best of a warm sunny day by enjoying plenty of traditional Madeiran food, drink, and entertainment.
