Palace Pizza Delivery Driver Robbed in New Bedford

NEW BEDFORD - New Bedford Police say a delivery driver for Palace Pizza was robbed Sunday night.

The 43-year-old male driver told police he was met at 242 Purchase Street Sunday evening by a man with a gun. The suspect demanded cash, and then fled on foot after taking the driver's money.

The suspect is described as a black male, about 30 years old with a mustache, last seen wearing a dark blue jacket with a hood and blue jeans.
