PACE Battles Poverty in New Bedford [TOWNSQUARE SUNDAY]
PACE Inc. in New Bedford is beginning its 39th year in 2021.
The's city's anti-poverty agency has served the people of New Bedford in a variety of ways, offering fuel assistance programs, housing information, the Head Start Program, and a Food Bank to help needy families.
Executive Director Pam Kuechler visited Townsquare Sunday to talk about the work being done by her agency, and the results of a community survey, where residents shared their suggestions on ways PACE can further help the community.
