According to their website, Connie and Ted’s in West Hollywood serves seafood dishes inspired by the "classic clam shacks, oyster bars, and fish houses, that dot the New England Seaboard".   The menu item that sticks out the most?   One, singular, live New Bedford Scallop that costs a whopping $23 dollars.  It's not sauteed in gold so we're not sure why it's so expensive but we bet its mighty tasty none the less.
