OCIB Unit Arrests Suspect In Drug Delivery Service
New Bedford police say its Organized Crime Intelligence Bureau have put a drug delivery service out of operation.
Det. Captain Steve Vicente says officers carried out a search warrant Wednesday evening at 118 Sycamore Street, apartment #2. There, they found quantities of heroin, cocaine, oxycodone pills and marijuana.
Police also recovered a 45-caliber semi-automatic handgun, 12 rounds of ammunition and more than $1,700 in cash.
Arrested was 30 year old Marcos Rohena-Lopez who lived at the Sycamore Street address. He's facing various firearm and drug charges.
