No Foul Play Suspected in Fall River Man’s Death
FALL RIVER — The body of a man pulled from the Taunton River in Fall River last night has been identified as 64-year-old city man John Boday.
The Bristol County District Attorney's Office said Fall River police and EMS responded to the reported body at the river's shoreline near Atlantic Boulevard at around 6 p.m. Thursday.
Bystanders had called emergency services after finding the man's body floating fully clothed just offshore, the D.A.'s office stated.

Boday was pronounced dead by EMS after crews arrived.
No foul play is suspected in his death, according to the D.A.'s office.
State Police assigned to the D.A.'s office are investigating along with Fall River police.
No further details were disclosed.
