New Bedford Woman Hits Two Parked Cars, Charged With OUI Drugs

NEW BEDFORD - A New Bedford woman is being charged after she crashed into several parked cars in the city.

Police responded to the accident before 11 P.M. Wednesday night, and found 42-year-old Dawn Lynn Costa leaning against her vehicle which had hit two parked cars in front of 40 Linden Street.

Medics administered Narcan to Costa, who was transported to St. Luke's Hospital.

Her license was immediately suspended and she will be charged with operating under the influence of drugs.

No injuries were reported as a result of the accident.
