A 28 year old Rhode Island man was acquitted of all charges in a tagging incident in New Bedford 2 years ago. Kyle Pollock, who was accused along with two other Rhode Island men of tagging several downtown and historic buildings, was acquitted of all charges in New Bedford District Court. A jury of three men and three women deliberated for about 30 minutes before returning  the not guilty verdicts to 10 counts of tagging. Pollock was charged with spray painting graffiti on several historic properties, including The Seamen's Bethel, The Custom House and the Zeiteron Performing Arts Center.
