New Bedford Police Investigating Shots Fired Near Temple Landing

New Bedford Police are investigating an incident of shots fired near the Temple Landing neighborhood, with one person reportedly suffering a gunshot wound.

According to an NBPD Facebook post, police responded at around 11 p.m. Tuesday night to a ShotSpotter activation in the area of Chancery Street and Emerson Street.

They say a victim arrived at the hospital with a gunshot wound that was not life-threatening.
