New Bedford Police Spread Christmas Joy [GALLERY]

NEW BEDFORD - New Bedford Police cruisers doubled as sleighs this week as officers delivered Christmas presents to less fortunate children.

The toys were collected through the "Fill The Bus" toy drive last week, and were distributed Thursday and Friday to children in Kindergarten through the 12th grade.

Officers also visited sick children at St. Luke's Hospital, giving them some early Christmas presents, as well.
