New Bedford Police Investigating Reports Of Gunshots

NEW BEDFORD- New Bedford Police are investigating a Shot Spotter report of shots fired in the 20 block area of Tallman street.

According to a press release from the New Bedford Police Department, a gunshot activated the city's Shot Spotter at 1:30 a.m on Saturday morning. No injuries or property damage have been reported from result of the gunshots.

Police are not offering any further details at this time. We will update this story as soon as any more information is made public.
