New Bedford Police Investigating Armed Robbery

NEW BEDFORD — New Bedford Police are investigating a report of an armed robbery in the 90-block of Ashley Boulevard.

The victim reports he was robbed after the suspect showed what was believed to be a knife.

This remains an active investigation and no further information is being released at this time.

The incident was reported at 4:50 p.m. Wednesday.
