New Bedford Police Investigating Armed Home Invasion

NEW BEDFORD — New Bedford Police are investigating a report of a home invasion in the city's South End.

Just before midnight Thursday, police responded to a report that someone broke into a Dudley Street home, made threats and stole items. According to police logs, the person was armed with a firearm.

Police say no injuries were reported, and the incident remains under investigation.
