NEW BEDFORD — New Bedford Police arrested seven people on drug charges throughout the day Tuesday, including a 73-year-old man.

At about 1:30 p.m., police arrested 33-year-old Fallon Boucher and 32-year-old Keith Fleming, both of New Bedford, on charges of possession of a Class B substance and conspiracy to violate drug laws. The two were arrested in the area of 63 Tallman Street.

Just before 2:30 p.m., narcotics detectives executed a search warrant at 186 Rockway Street, Apartment C, which yielded over 34 grams of fentanyl, 65 grams of cocaine, over seven grams of crack cocaine, and $695 in cash. Police arrested the occupant of the apartment, 73-year-old Bernabe Yulfo, and charged him with trafficking in cocaine over 36 grams, trafficking in fentanyl over 10 grams, and possession of a Class B substance, subsequent offense.

Delia J. Cravo, 50, of New Bedford was arrested in the area of 244 Bonney Street at about 4:30 p.m. on charges of possession of a Class E substance. Just after 5 p.m., police arrested 28-year-old Shaquille Barrows of New Bedford in the area of 494 Orchard Street, after he was found to be in possession of a small amount of brown powder. He was charged with possession of a Class A substance, conspiracy to violate drug laws and was also arrested on a warrant. At about 7:30 p.m., police arrested 21-year-old Charles Dyous of New Bedford in the area of 10 Windsor Street on a charge of possession of a Class B substance.

Then just before 8 p.m., an investigation by narcotics detectives led to a warrant arrest and the discovery of a small amount of fentanyl at 59 Crapo Street, Apartment 1N. Police arrested 45-year-old Tracie M. Silva of New Bedford on charges of possession with intent to distribute a Class A substance, conspiracy to violate drug laws, and on the warrant.
