Summer may be winding down, but The Gallery Bar in New Bedford is making sure the season goes out with a bang.

On Sunday, August 31, the hotspot at 20 Kenyon Street will host its End of Summer Parking Lot Party, a high-energy bash that promises music, food, and plenty of drinks from afternoon straight into the early morning hours.

This 21-plus event kicks off at 2 p.m. and runs until 1 a.m., giving partygoers nearly 11 hours of nonstop celebration before Labor Day weekend comes to a close. With a $10 cover charge at the door, guests can expect one of the biggest send-offs of the season.

What to Expect

The Gallery Bar is pulling out all the stops for this party:

  • Live DJ sets spinning high-energy tracks all day and night with DJ Wicked Weezy and DJ Nicole
  • Food trucks serving up mouthwatering local favorites
  • Liquor and beer tents stocked with a wide selection of beverages

Whether you’re a Gallery Bar regular or it’s your first time checking out the scene, the event is designed to bring people together for a full day of dancing, drinks, and good vibes.

A Perfect Labor Day Weekend

With Monday marking Labor Day, the timing couldn’t be better. Guests won’t have to worry about heading to work the next morning, making this the perfect opportunity to let loose and celebrate the last hurrah of summer.

About The Gallery Bar

The Gallery Bar has quickly become one of New Bedford’s go-to destinations for nightlife and entertainment. After securing its full liquor license last year and celebrating a grand reopening, the venue has been steadily building its reputation as a place to unwind, catch live entertainment, and enjoy unique events.

The End of Summer Parking Lot Party is another chapter in the bar’s mission to bring fresh energy and exciting nightlife to the SouthCoast.
