New Bedford Police Searching for Missing 68-Year-Old Man
UPDATE: Allen Bourne has been found safe, per police.
NEW BEDFORD (WBSM) — New Bedford Police are seeking the public’s help in locating a mentally disabled man who has gone missing.
Police posted to the department’s official Facebook page that they are trying to locate Allen Bourne, 68.
Bourne was last seen before bed at his residence on Washington Street.

Police said he may be wearing a white t-shirt, jeans with suspenders, and a green jacket. He is known to frequent the Market Basket area and the SRTA bus terminal downtown. He does not have a cell phone, police said.
