New Bedford Man Dies From Apparent Drug Overdose

NEW BEDFORD—The medical examiner is investigating the death of a 36-year-old New Bedford man Wednesday from an apparent drug overdose Wednesday at a home on Whitman Street.

Medics pronounced the man dead at the scene. Evidence of apparent drug use was found at the scene.

The incident happened at 3:19 p.m.
