A New Bedford man is arrested in Freetown Saturday night after breaking in to a Chase Road auto parts business in Freetown.

After a foot chase through the snow and ice, police captured 37 year old David Dejesus of Crapo Street and charged him with breaking and entering in the nighttime as well as larceny and possession of burlarious tools.

Dejesus was ordered held on 5 thousand dollar cash bail and will be arraigned in Fall River District Court and he is also facing breaking and entering charges in New Bedford district court.
