
New Bedford Man Arrested for Breaking Into Home While Owner Watched on the Internet
NEW BEDFORD — New Bedford Police arrested a male for breaking and entering into a home on Robin Street.
The homeowner, who was out of town and monitoring her home security system, noticed a strange male around her property. She immediately called the police and officers were sent to her residence.
When officers arrived they located a male exiting the rear of the residence with a small flat screen television, assorted jewelry and prescription medication. Officers also discovered damage consistent with a forced entry.
Arrested was Timothy McDonald 38 of 42 Blue Jay Street New Bedford. He was charged with breaking and entering in the daytime for a felony, and larceny over $250.
