We all know that New Bedford favorite Inner Bay Cafe is truly a special Portuguese dining experience. So we weren't surprised that actress Tea Leoni recently dropped in for dinner along with her new husband, actor Tim Daly.

Tea Leoni's Local Ties to Dartmouth

Leoni's mom resides in Dartmouth, so her visit isn't entirely a surprise. She will probably spend some time in the area for the holidays, and I'm sure we will have more sightings of her to come.

For me, Leoni is more widely known for her role in the CBS hit series Madam Secretary and has played strong female characters in big-screen movies like Jurassic Park III, Deep Impact, and The Family Man.

Tim Daly Joins Wife for First Holiday As Newlyweds

Featured at the table is her now-husband Tim Daly. The two married earlier this year after first meeting and dating while working and costarring together on Madam Secretary. You probably know him best from his 1990s NBC sitcom Wings.

I guess this will be the first holiday as a married couple, and they are making sure Tim gets some quality time with the in-laws.

We can't wait to see where the newlyweds will pop up next on the SouthCoast, but we love that they were so kind to take time to grab a few photos with part-owner of Inner Bay Cafe Tony Soares, who is a local celebrity in his own right. This isn't the first time Soares has had celebrities visit, and it for sure won't be the last..
