New Bedford Convenience Story Robbery

New Bedford Police are investigating another convenience store robbery. At around 6 pm Sunday evening, a suspect entered the County Street convenience store at 133 County Street and robbed two female clerks at gunpoint.

The clerks tell police the suspect, described as a husky black male , about 5 11, was wearing dark colored pants and a black hooded sweatshirt, and entered the store with a brown colored firearm and demanded money.

He fled on foot in an unkown direction taking an undisclosed amount of money. His face was covered with a black scarf. The two clerks were not harmed.
