The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) announced a recall on TNT Red, White, and Blue Smoke fireworks following three incidents that resulted in burn injuries.

According to WPRI 12, the recalled fireworks are supposed to smoke when lit, but according to the CPSC, the fireworks can unexpectedly explode.

Over 36,000 fireworks have been recalled because of the incidents.

The fireworks were sold in a bag containing three canisters. The UPC number for the recalled fireworks was 027736036561, and the number was located on the packaging.
