Moderate Republican To Challenge Keating

A moderate Republican will challenge Democrat William Keating for his seat in Congress. Attorney John Chapman is a former Romney administration official. He describes himself as a fiscal conservative who supports abortion rights and gay marriage. Chapman says he'll make a formal announcement later this month. Keating's 9th District covers much of Southeastern Massachusetts.
