Mass. State Trooper Injured in Three-Car Crash in Dartmouth

DARTMOUTH - A State Police trooper is hospitalized after a crash in Dartmouth.

WJAR-TV reports that a car crashed into an unmarked State Police cruiser on I-195 East near the Faunce Corner Road exit just after 6:30 p.m. Wednesday. The vehicle sped off before a second car hit the cruiser.

The trooper was transported to St. Luke's Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The crash remains under investigation.
