Mass Gas Prices Drop Again
The price of a gallon of gas in Massachusetts has plummeted by 6 cents in the past week to its lowest level of the year.
Triple A Southern New England reported Monday that self-serve, regular has dropped to an average of $3.32 per gallon, 2 cents below the year's previous low.
Even though the per-gallon price in Massachusetts remains 3 cents above the national average, it is now 13 cents lower than a month ago and 11 cents lower than at this time last year.
AAA found self-serve, regular selling for as low as $3.10 per gallon in Massachusetts and as high as $3.69 per gallon.
