In a statement Thursday, Attorney General Maura Healey said 39-year-old Adam Zalgenas is charged with 33 counts of Unemployment Fraud and one count of Larceny over $250.

According to an investigation by the Attorney General's Office and the Executive Officer of Labor and Workforce Development's Department of Unemployment Assistance, Zalgenas failed to report earnings from working for TruGreen as a landscaper and groundskeeper while receiving unemployment benefits.
