Local Church to Remember Domestic Violence Victims

A Mass of Remembrance is being held tonight, in tribute to victims of domestic violence in New Bedford.

Domestic violence has claimed three lives in the city this year.

Reverend Marek Chmurski of St. Lawrence Church tells WBSM News if you have a friend who is in danger of being a victim, approach the problem head on.

Tonight's service will remember the lives of baby Ariel Eluziario, Rebecca Felteau, and Tiffany Durfee.

The Mass of Remembrance begins at 7pm tonight at St. Lawrence Church on Summer St. The public is invited.
