
Pipe Bomb Found Along Lakeville Pond Triggers Investigation
LAKEVILLE (WBSM) — An investigation is underway after a pipe bomb was found at the edge of a pond in Lakeville Saturday afternoon.
According to Lakeville Police, the department was notified at about 12:38 p.m. on May 16 that a person had found what appeared to be a pipe bomb on the edge of Egger Bog Pond off Highland Road.

Massachusetts State Police Bomb Squad Responds
The Massachusetts State Police Bomb Squad was called in and confirmed it was a PVC pipe bomb. The Bomb Squad safely disposed of the device.
