More Massachusetts pizza places got the Dave Portnoy treatment in July.

The Barstool Sports owner hit up multiple pizzerias in The Bay State, including some in the Cape Cod area, to give his "One Bite" reviews.

Thankfully, there were no super low scores at the nine spots, but there was certainly a range of which ones he liked the most.

Portnoy has already reviewed five Massachusetts spots back in May, so these new nine bring his total for the state in 2025 to 14.

As for the spots he visited in July?

That would be RC's Cape Cod Pizza in Yarmouth Port, Royal Pizza in Dennis Port, Pizza Shark in Harwich, George's Pizza in Harwich Port, Harwich Port House of Pizza in Harwich Port, Aurora's Pizzeria in Chicopee, Stone L'oven Pizza in Brewster, Casa Bella in Hampden, and Blue Square Pizza in Hopkinton.

Dave Portnoy Reviews Cape Cod Pizza

One thing Portnoy noticed at a majority of his July Cape Cod stops was that the pizza seemed to be of the Greek style, which isn't necessarily his favorite, but he still seemed to enjoy.

During one of his reviews, he even talked about creating a Cape Cod scale for scoring to add some extra context and comparison for that style of pizza.

I still think New York-style is the best with its foldable crust and distinctive taste, but everyone has their specific likes, same with Portnoy.

Take a look at how he scored these latest pizza places.

Any of these pizza places on your radar or ones you might want to try?

Again, great to see that he overall enjoyed the pizzas with his lowest score being a middle-of-the-road 5.5, but the top dog for July was definitely Blue Square Pizza.

And that Hopkinton location even gave him three different kinds of pizzas to try, which all scored some solid numbers. Pretty wild that a pizza spot can manage to find success with the various styles, so kudos to them.
