State Senator Dan Wolf says he will not sell his interest in Cape Air, a move that will end his campaign for governor and could lead to his resignation at the State House.

In a press release this morning, Wolf says he has no plans to go to court over the state Ethics Commission decision made earlier this month.  The commission says Wolf's continued ownership interest in the airline he founded is a conflict of interest with his duties as an elected official.

However, the senator says the panel should reconsider the decision given how little input he was given during the process.  Wolf says he will resign his senate seat one week from today if he cannot get a more favorable decision from the Ethics Committee.
