Great Move Mitchell Administration [Poll]
It's nothing new. Nothing extraordinary. It is very appropriate. The Mitchell administration is opening it's heart and closing its collection wallet over the holiday season. The parking commission is allowing us to park at some of New Bedford's parking meters for free. There are a few caveats, but it's motivating me.
