Gas Station Incident Leads to Arrest of Fall River Man
A 41-year-old Fall River man faces multiple charges after his alleged behavior at a gas station led police to search his apartment.
According to Fall River Police, officers arrived at H&B Gas on Robeson Street Friday night in response to an assault complaint. They say Officer Aaron Souza learned that Mark Wilson, 41, had allegedly brandished 2 knives on a man and woman, aged 19 and 22, from Fall River. Officers executed a search warrant at Wilson's 645 Cherry St. apartment. They say they confiscated the knives, a firearm, 83 marijuana plants, a pound of cannabis bud, and ammunition. Wilson was placed under arrest.
Wilson was charged with possessing a firearm and ammunition without an FID, assault with a dangerous weapon, possession of 12 or more marijuana plants, and a firearms violation linked with two prior crimes.
