A new survey shows gas prices are averaging about three-dollars-56-cents nationwide. That's up nearly five cents over the past two weeks. The Lundburg survey says an ethanol price increase caused the jump.

Billings, Montana has the lowest price nationwide at three-dollars-18-cents per gallon. Los Angeles drivers are paying the most at four-dollars a gallon.
