Fundraiser Helps Family Of Westport Fire Victim

A fundraiser was held Monday night to support a Westport family who lost a 4-year-old boy in a December 19 fire.

ABC6 says the fundraiser was being held by Jerry Remy's Bar and Grill in Fall River, along with the Firefighters Wives Association for the family of Caleb Nardolillo, who was killed the fire that ripped through their home.

Bella, Caleb's 7-year-old sister, and his mother Melody were hospitalized for smoke inhalation and severe burns but are expected to be okay.

The Firefighters Wives Association and Jerry Remy's tell ABC6 they were able to raise $1,851 for the family.

A GoFundMe page a YouCaring crowd funding page were also setup and raised a combined $20,000.
