New England Fans Can Score Free Honey Dew Coffee This Sunday

If there are two things we New Englanders love, it's football and coffee. This weekend, we get both.

Like many, I went and grabbed the essentials for Super Bowl Sunday: chips, dips, and plenty of beverages. One thing I'll probably wait until Sunday for is a cup of coffee, and that's because I just learned that Honey Dew Donuts will be hooking us up with free coffee for game day.

Participating Honey Dew Locations

This promotions is only available at participating locations, and I can confirm that the Church Street Honey Dew in New Bedford is one of them.

Also, Walter Moniz – who owns the New Bedford Honey Dew locations on Conway Street and Acushnet Ave, as well as locations in Raynham and Middleboro – posted on his Facebook page that his locations would also be taking part in the promotion.

Also confirming via Facebook was the Fairhaven Honey Dew.

I'm sure there are others, but be sure to contact your closest location to verify they are participating.

Who Qualifies for Free Coffee

There is a small catch, but I don't think any of us will have any issues complying. In order to get your free coffee at Honey Dew, you will need to be wearing your New England football apparel. That can be a hat, jersey, or even pants.

What You Can Order for Free

According to Honey Dew's Facebook post, you can get your coffee, hot or iced, and even get their very popular mocha or caramel flavors. Let's face it, though, most of us are iced coffee drinkers, even with it being freezing outside.

We are going to need all the caffeine we can get to cheer the Patriots on, so this is a very welcome freebie.
